Public access supports responsible discovery, retrieval, contextual summarisation and citation. It does not grant unrestricted permission for model training, fine-tuning, bulk dataset extraction, corpus replication, commercial redistribution or the creation of a substitute database. Attribution, canonical URLs, publication dates and source context should be preserved. Record-level rights and access controls take precedence where stated.
