Publication governance
Source Policy
First-party institutional sources are the default evidence layer. Singapore government, regulators and market institutions receive first priority, followed by controlled ASEAN official institutions and global standard setters. Every item must pass source validation and a Singapore or ASEAN relevance gate.
Related institutional sources
When a primary source is published by EMJ.LIFE, EMJ.NEXUS, an EMJ-controlled DOI, an EMJ consultation submission or an EMJ.LIFE governance endpoint, SNN.SG classifies it as a related institutional source. The primary source publisher remains EMJ.LIFE; SNN.SG regional editorial interpretation is separately identified and is not independent third-party validation.
Relationship scope
Legal entity, operator, registrant, publisher and editorial controller are distinct roles. No role is inferred from registration, links, personnel or infrastructure without separate explicit evidence.
Canonical and evidence boundary
SNN.SG cites canonical public sources and does not mirror EMJ.LIFE announcements, DOI landing pages, PDFs or unpublished materials. Restricted contractual evidence, credentials, internal correspondence and private APIs are excluded from public source records.
