This is a query projection of the existing live publication registers, not a new publication list or a full-text dataset. Only published, visible news and regional interpretations are included. Metadata revision: 2026-10-18. Article publication and update dates are not reset by this revision.

Queries and update frequency

The live CMS is read on request; responses may be cached for 60 seconds. Parameters: view (reports, sources, desks, boundaries), kind (news, regional), q (text), desk, institution (profile ID), framework (a reference, not compliance), issue, boundary (explicit-boundary or unresolved), from and to (publication date), page and pageSize (1-100). Follow next_page until null. Date filters apply to SNN.SG publication, not source publication or legal effect. Regional desk facets describe the editorial remit; news retains its primary category.

Field dictionary

id, kind, canonical_url, title, description: The existing SNN.SG record identity and editorial metadata. Canonical URLs remain unchanged. Descriptions are the existing editorial deck, not a substitute article.
publication_date, last_updated, publication_date_precision, version: Recorded regional or news dates, and latest published visible version where available. A recorded timestamp does not prove a human approval event. Null is unavailable; legacy timestamps are not reconstructed. metadata_updated_at is the projection revision; retrieved_at is response creation.
global_issue, global_title, global_canonical: Global series identifier and canonical thesis link from the retained regional implementation record. A distinct global title is null where it is not separately recorded; it is not guessed from the regional headline. No cross-site translation equivalence is asserted.
sources: Canonical evidence identity, exact attributed institution label, document title, role, source relationship, profile ID, recorded verification date and original publication date precision. archived_snapshot_available=false means this interface supplies no archived source snapshot. Retrieval is not verification and neither is a snapshot.
desks, frameworks, regional_relevance, interpretation_summary: Editorial discovery facets and separately attributed SNN.SG analysis. Framework references are mentions; they do not establish alignment, adoption, applicability or entity compliance.
boundary, reading_integrity: Local editorial assessments, narrative boundary, evidence gaps, next tests and retained implementation envelopes. All 16 envelope fields and their nulls remain intact. Scope and evidence IDs travel with each resolved assessment.
related_reports: Links between current public records sharing an exact canonical cited evidence ID. This is a discovery relationship, not validation, legal equivalence, endorsement, supersession or authority transfer.
rights, rights_url: Site conditions supplement rather than replace third-party and record-level rights. Profile identity, framework references and duplicate citations do not increase the regional 15-source Evidence Gate.

Assessment semantics

policy_support, project_approval, funding_commitment, legal_obligation, investment_decision, regional_rule, market_signal, durability_confirmed use established, not-established-by-cited-record, unresolved or not-applicable. Unresolved is not false. Not-established-by-cited-record limits what this particular source supports; it does not declare that an obligation or approval never exists. Eight reviewed news cases have narrative-derived assessments guarded by their published summary; other cases remain unresolved. These are editorial projection labels, not new EMJ.LIFE System Invariants or State Vocabulary.

Rights, CSV and citation

CSV contains identifiers, titles, canonical URLs, dates, version and the rights URL for the selected page. It excludes article bodies, PDFs, private records and credentials. Pagination headers identify additional pages. Export does not grant bulk dataset, training, embedding or redistribution rights. Consult applicable record-level and original-holder terms.

Citation: SNN.SG Editorial Desk, [title], [canonical URL], published [publication_date or unavailable], modified [last_updated], version [version or unavailable], accessed [date]. Cite the institutional source separately for its own facts and authority.

SNN.SG does not speak for cited institutions. Citation is not endorsement. Policy support does not establish project approval. Regional interpretation is not investment, legal or compliance advice, certification or assurance. Evidence reuse does not transfer supervisory, assurance or investment authority. Do not upgrade unresolved fields into eligibility, exemption, obligation or approval.

Availability and schema

A necessary CMS, version or source-data failure returns HTTP 503, no-store and Retry-After. It is not a successful empty result. Public profiles and links are derived from the same public records. The operational daily source registry and nine-source schedule are separate and unchanged.
